A new
company for a new product:
this was the saying that induced us to establish in 1997 Madifil, a
company born after many years of experience in the field of the synthetic
fibres. Experimentation and research allowed us to specialize in PP and
to obtain an innovative product with very good performance. Textured PP
is obtained by POY a continuous thread made elastic by the process of
"Stretching-texturing" at friction.
It is
possible to obtain textures by interlaced and twisted FT or FTF with variable
deniers.
Polypropylene is similar in opacity, elasticity and softness to other
fibres such as Polyester and Polyamide, therefore it can be used as alternative
by exploiting the advantages arising from its greater resistance to abrasion,
better covering capacity and total water repellence.

It
is fit for the use in the field of hosiery, knitwear and weaving
and it can be eventually coupled with other fibres to exalt its
characteristics. PP is a completely recyclable polyolefin fibre:
a new simple and technologic fibre
with particular characteristics and different applications.An avant-garde
technology and a particular care in production have been determining
in obtaining a high quality level.
Elasticity in production and the availability of many colours ready
on stock optimise the relationships with our customer. |
